Austin half marathon

My first ever half marathon is less than one month away! 
13.1 miles
I'm so nervous but super excited! I have been training for this race for six months and I'm looking forward to reaching my goal and then start training for my first marathon, which is 26.2 miles
I decided last summer that I was going to train for a marathon as my ultimate goal because I wanted a challenge. I operate best when given a deadline so I always have something to work towards.

 I have always been passionate about working out and staying fit, but running has become something that I have only recently fallen in love with and am now passionate about. It has become extremely therapeutic for me and is the only time of the day where I get to relieve all my stress and any built up anxiety.

My weekly training includes 3-4 days of running 5-10 miles and 2 days of strength training.
I run indoors and outdoors, but since the weather has been so terrible I have been running more indoors lately.

As far as diet & nutrition goes, I love eating healthy. I rarely eat fast food, never drink sodas or coffee, take a multi-vitamin, drink 8-10 glasses of water a day and sleep 7-8 hours every night. My only weaknesses are wine + sweets. I allow myself a few glasses of wine every so often and a treat once per week.

BUT,
I will be having a pizza with breadsticks after my big race. Can't. Hardly. Wait.
