iChat or Skype?

I finally got a skype account and I love it!! As mentioned before, I got a MacBook for Christmas, so I was looking forward to being able to video chat. My vaio that I had before had a camera, but I never bothered to use it. However, now that I have my MacBook I really wanted to try out iChat, but all my friends said skype is much better. What do you think?

I'm loving that I can chat with my family,
and chatting with friends that have moved out of state is absolutely wonderful!

I only wish skype had been around years ago when my brother was overseas on deployment. That would have made life sooo much easier.  I love that you can video chat, talk & IM all in one; it's a Godsend :)

Do you have Skype? Which do you like better? iChat, Skype or gchat?
I feel like I'm so behind on the times haha
