Será tu archivo personal de moda tu Lookbook.  Un LookBook es un cuaderno de recortes con la recopilación de tus inspiraciones, tus mejores looks o looks que te inspiran, recortes de revistas, y todo lo que te llama la atención y sucede alrededor tuyo... armando collages... poniendole quotes o frases que te inspiran, funciona como un diario del fashion ¿Qué necesitas? cámara de fotos, cuaderno en blanco, tijeras, goma, revistas nuevas y viejas, lapicero, impresora, papel y muchas ganas... 

 Importante tomar fotos diarias de lo que te pones -- No puedo decirles lo importante de esto realmente... Esto no sólo te impulsa a escarbar en toda tu ropa sino a empezar a utilizar la imaginación... luego imprimelas no importa si no es en papel fotografico... escribe comentarios sobre lo que te gusto del atuendo y sobre como lo modificarias para la proxima... Esto te enseñara mucho sobre tus mejores colores, la forma que se adapta mejor a tu cuerpo y sobre proporciones...

Para hacer tu Look Book no necesitas salir sonriendo a la camara el 100% de las veces las pics pueden ser tan random como quieras... explora tu creatividad y encuentra tu mejor angulo y tus mejores looks 2011... esto te ayudara a encontrar tu estilo personal...

FDO: First Date Outfit

You get asked out on a date....what do you wear???

The first date outfit (FDO) is a big deal. You want to look put together, classy, and cute but don't want to look like you're trying too hard.

My go to outfit for a first date?

feminine blouse

dark wash jeans (skinny or bootcut)

ballet flats, heels, or riding boots

cute accessories (headbands, scarves)

minimalist jewelry

remember: less is always more

Most guys wear a button down dress shirt, slacks/dark jeans, and a blazer when taking a southern belle like yourself out on a date. Plan your outfit accordingly if your date mentions going to dinner or going bowling. 

Do's

Allow plenty of time to prep

Plan several outfit options 

(I take pictures of myself in each outfit before I make a decision)

Make sure you are comfortable 

(i.e. not wearing clothes or shoes that are too small or fabrics that itch)

Keep your hair simple 

Leave your phone turned off or on silent 

Don'ts

Use too much perfume (this causes headaches)

Forget to brush + floss your teeth

Leave tags/stickers on clothes

Forget to use a lint roller

Use heavy makeup; keep it simple and natural

Carry a large purse (smaller is better)

Spray tan right before 

(the smell is awful)
